Foodology – Cheese!

Food Science Workshops invite children and adults to explore the fascinating science behind the foods we eat every day.  This workshop is designed for children ages 4 – 6 and their parent/caregiver.  There is a different workshop theme each week during the summer!

This week’s theme: Cheese! – We’ll learn the science behind turning milk into cheese, and practice by making our own curds and whey.  They we’ll use it to make an easy beginner cheese – Queso Fresco.

Workshop Cost:  $9 per child, plus museum admission.
