Foodology – Pretzel Dough!

Food Science Workshops invite children and adults to explore the fascinating science behind the foods we eat every day. This workshop is designed for children ages 4 – 6 and their parent/caregiver. There is a different workshop theme each week during the summer!
This week’s theme: Pretzel Dough! – We’ll learn about the key ingredients in making dough. We’ll see how different flours make different kinds of dough used for baking, and we will experiment with different ways of making leaven dough. Participants will make their own pretzels to take home and bake.
Workshop Cost: $9 per child, plus museum admission.
