Foodology – Ice Cream!

Food Science Workshops invite children and adults to explore the fascinating science behind the foods we eat every day.  This workshop is designed for children ages 4 – 6 and their parent/caregiver.  There is a different workshop theme each week during the summer!

This week’s theme: Ice Cream! – How do you get milk cold enough to freeze on a warm summer day?  Come to this workshop to learn the fascinating science behind our favorite frozen treat.  Of course, participants will need to test this as they make their own ice cream as part of the program!

Workshop Cost:  $9 per child, plus museum admission.
