Book a Party

 

Rent our party space and create your own party at the Mid-Hudson Discovery Museum!  Each party includes admission for your guests, two hours of reserved time in our party space, and unlimited access to the museum’s exhibits during your party.

Parties are available on Saturdays, Sundays and After-Hours

  • Saturday: 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM; 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM; 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
  • Sunday: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM; 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM
  • After-Hours (Friday, Saturday, Sunday): 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Members receive special discounts on party pricing. Become a member today and save!

Please make your Party reservation at least one month in advance of your preferred party date. For members, reservation form and payment must be completed by the membership cardholder. For additional information, please call (845) 471-0589 ext. 914 or email: birthdays@mhdm.org

Rescheduling:

A $65 fee will be applied if a reserved party is rescheduled at any time.  If a party must be rescheduled due to inclement weather, rescheduling fee is waived.

Cancellation:

If a party is cancelled within 14 days of the reservation date, a refund totaling the cost of the party minus a $65 cancelation fee will be returned to you. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the party’s start time will not be refunded.
