Attention all book and science lovers!
We’re excited to bring together the best of both worlds for a day of fun, learning, and exploration.
Meet New York Times bestselling authors and award-winning children’s book illustrators! Bring your favorite book or purchase one at the event and get it signed by the author as you jump into summer reading.
Say hello to Clifford and Pete the Cat during our book character meet and greet and don’t miss the chance to take your photo with them!
Have a cuddly encounter with our animal friends provided by the Two-by-Two Animal Haven. Plus, there will be kid friendly vendors, food trucks (including Groovy Scoops! and El Azteca), face painting, science experiments, free crafts and lots more!
Event takes place in the Museum Pavilion and is FREE.
Make a day of it and visit the museum too! (Regular museum admission applies.)
Kindly note that parking space at the museum is limited; however, you can find additional parking at Waryas Park and at the Train Station, both located next to the museum.
